DARJEELING 02 NIGHTS / GANGTOK 03 NIGHTS
DAY 01: ARRIVAL NJP RAILWAY STATION / (IXB) BAGDOGRA AIRPORT - DARJEELING
On arrival at NJP Railway Station / (IXB) Bagdogra Airport (500Ft / 150Mts), you will be met by our office Executive who will assist you to board your vehicle to Darjeeling (7380 Ft / 2250 Mts, 96 Kms / 3 Hrs) Check in hotel for night stay.
DAY 02: DARJEELING SIGHTSEEING
Early morning tour to Tiger Hills (8364 Ft / 2550 Mts at around 4 AM) to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather). On way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop. After breakfast go for a half-day sightseeing of Japanese Temple, Peace pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (Closed on Sunday) & Tea Estate, Rope way and free over night at Darjeeling hotel.
DAY 03: DARJEELING TO GANGTOK
After breakfast transfer to Gangtok (5500 Ft /1677 Mts/ 05Hrs). Check in and free for overnight.(River rafting available on the way, net payable on the spot)
DAY 04: EXCURSION TO TSOMGO LAKE & NEW BABA MANDIR
After breakfast, in the morning, start for excursion to Tsomgo Lake - situated at a height of 12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way, with an average depth of 50 ft. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around and Baba Harbajan Mandir (Holly Temple). Back to Gangtok and Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 05: GANGTOK LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast visit to Gangtok sightseeing covering Ban Jhakri Water Falls along with Droul Chorthen, Research Institute of Tibetology, Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom (Closed on Sunday), Tashi View Points Flower Show, Rumtek Monastery and free over night at Gangtok hotel.
DAY 06: GANGTOK TO IX B BAGDOGRA AIRPORT / NJP RAILWAY STATION
After breakfast transfer to IX B Airport / NJP Railway station (approx 5hrs journey), for your onward journey connection.
